Defining the marketing strategy
A successful marketing approach depends on a clearly defined strategic plan that rolls and adapts over time.
Some starter questions:
Do you have a digital marketing strategy, are you generating sufficient quality leads, are you attracting the right buyers?
How far down the road are you in establishing a brand? Your brand will stand its best chance if it reflects your company ethos and is linked back to your business.
Do you understand your customers, what they are looking for, where to reach them, how to talk to them?
Sometimes a new positioning strategy or a value proposition is needed or is simply in need of a refresh.
Have you looked closely at your competition recently and identified your best communication channels?
Setting up the metrics
Once a marketing plan is created some metrics can be developed and the overall marketing or campaign evaluation can take place to determine ROI.
